All, Looking into getting a UTV for my wife and I but the thing I wanted to know is there really any trails to use them on in my area and secondly are jeeps a better option. I just moved to Alliston so I am hoping there would be some decent, legal trails close by. thanks for help.

I do not know about military spec pants but kevlar sucks. When I low slided at 60km/h they did not do much of anything but fall apart.

Happens all the time with all the courier companies. Has nothing to do with whether they attempt a delivery or not. They are taught this to save time. Most residential customers are not at home at time of delivery.

I have a set of Nokian all weather tires on my civic. They are better than my old all season tires, going to see how they fair against my wife's winters this year. Mind you I have never had a problem with all season tires in my 17 years of driving in Toronto and I generally drive 30 KM to 50 KM...

Very true. Be careful, they will push you to do ridicules things. Kind of like putting up 100,000 over asking! That is nuts. In the end down payments are hard to come up with especially if you are not a home owner. I would go with the 5% down and get into a house if you are renting or living...
