There is nothing like the feel of new brake fluid in the morning and cleaned brake callipers. Ranks up there with new rubber. Change mine at least every 2 years or sooner especially if doing a big ride

Coolant change. BMW does not have a recommended interval but my bike is now 6 years old and will probably put it off for another year.
