Purolator is owned by Canada Post. If revenue is going to migrate to another CP company, at least in part, CP has less motivation to negotiate. Not saying it's right or wrong, just is what it is.

You control speed with throttle. With any cruiser without a windscreen, going into extra quick mode isn't that much fun and you will find yourself pacing at a speed that is comfortable.
I understand budget...IMHO, that Vulcan is much more bike for the difference and I don't mean power related...
A good friend of mine is selling his Vulcan. Lightly used and always garage stored. He's a very good human, as in shortly after meeting him I would trust him with the keys to my house good human.
