Thank you, I have always wondered why people run on the road when there is a perfectly good sidewalk meant for that. Get winter with the conditions on most sidewalks but never understood during the rest of the year. Are sidewalk cracks that much of a problem?
Got one to add from the commute home yesterday, can't believe how oblivious people can be. Sorry for the potato camera quality, gotta look into that.

Re: 2 years or ***earlier*** Motorcycle with no fuel gauge
I'm surprised how many newer bikes don't have a fuel gauge...my '89 Katana even has one

I would also pick up a copy of the most current HTA which outlines specific details on vehicle equipment. For a vehicle safety, equipment on the vehicle has to work, many would not know specific regulations regarding distances, clearance, etc. of equipment. Making sure to build it to those specs...
I helped a buddy relocate his further down on an '07 CBR600RR; looked nice but got bent, and within a week got a text asking to help relocate since he got a ticket.
My 2cents...I think it looks fine where it is.
Just took a look and the Competition Werkes one that SWH posted up was the only...
Only problem with that assumption is that your driveway (or a parking lot) is not a "road, highway or thoroughfare". That is what I would be arguing in court if I received that BS ticket.
Depending on the part though, Canada's Motorcycle may not have it. I have had to order a few things through Bike Bandit because CM listed the part as unavailable....mind you it was for an '89 Katana
Re: Stop a *********
Some funny stuff in their videos for sure...I came across them a few weeks ago at work and almost wasted the entire day watching some of their videos. I'm surprised something major hasn't happened already to one or more of them; but good for them for standing up for what...
A buddy of mine has 1 Dunlop Sportmax in a 195/70/17 size and is looking to get rid of it for $40. Appears to never have been mounted, sticker still attached, however it is dated 5005. I have a few photos I can email if needed. Email or text if you are interested.

I will second the transitions if you are regularly commuting...leaving in the dark and returning in the light. I'm not familiar with the Shoei version but I have the Bell transitions visor and it is beautiful not having to swap shields or carry a spare. They are pricey but are worth it IMO.
Oh Griff, I totally understand why it is the way it is...just explaining to vince why its not just about "shopping around". It would be nice if they could set up a different strategy for MC insurance since most companies see it as a "recreational toy".
You can definitely shop around, however the major issue is for those that want to have multiple bikes and are the only rider in the household...why should you have to have a policy for every bike when you can only be riding one at a time. Insurance companies do not give a decent enough break...
So your saying that if your vehicle is stolen and crashed, you would be found "at fault" by your insurance company? I have a hard time believing this...if its true then what a messed up system (yes, I already know many aspects are messed up already).
If your talking about lending...then...
Thats interesting...I wonder how my GTI with the rear seats permanatley down would fair with that. I have never been in that situation, but always just toss it behind my seat or the passenger seat unless I have tie downs in the back since its just a big open space back there.
From what I could find online, your insurance covers damages if your vehicle was stolen and in an accident...I could not find anything about rate increases in regards to that however. Most likely you would not be "at fault" and thus not have your rates increased, since the car was stolen and not...
For some reason when replying to a post with a quote at times it will jump the input to before your current typing..any space between words, when trying to start a new line, and backspacing to delete all seem to cause it.
