Anyone else wearing a smart watch for fall detection?

I get the fall detection during activities, but my garmin thinks im in too good of a shape to require constant fall detection. I mean im round enough that i'd just roll anyways

    Did you exercise today?

Went back in the pool for the first time since the first week of december last year. MAN IT FELT GOOD Makes me wonder why i stopped. Although i dont trust the calorie burn count due to several reasons, i allegedly burned 455 cals in about 35 minutes

    Did you exercise today?

I've been in a freakin RUT. Part of the issue, i got sucked into mobile phone gaming, my kid started playing and i'd play with her...but i'd also play WITHOUT her when i should be working out. Removed all those games I really need to get back to training this is getting redonculous...

    Who's gonna tell him?

That would mean Windsor (1.5h)Toronto (2.5h) Montreal... (and 1.5h forpotentially quebec) Toronto to Montreal is a "big" stretch though so maybe that's why they'd break it up? In the end it has to be cheaper and faster to board than a flight. On time. And convenient enough for most of its users.

    Who's gonna tell him?

When you put it this way, going to windsor would probably add Hamilton and London as well but then we'd be basically looking at an Ontario express line as 80% of it would be Ontario with Montreal at the end as a bonus 1hr I do see how much of a tourist trap it could be to add a connection to the...

    Who's gonna tell him?

I'm torn on that one since i grew up there. I mean i get it...it's an extra 300km of train tracks. They're just looking at trois-rivieres cause it's on the way (it's as unimportant as peterborough if not less) but the reasons why they COULD make it a thing... YQB airport is the most eastward...

    Banks and credit cards

I mean that's the thing, i dont have the nerves or patience to track that many. I do have a friend who's trying to build his wealth that way, he goes deep into derivatives (options) and leveraged investing and stuff. Need a mix of knowledge and luck.

    Banks and credit cards

And upbringing. If you're taught concepts of saving and delayed gratification it'll come more naturally. Especially in this day and age of non stop dopamine at the end of your fingers. If you get an allowance and are guided and encouraged to set goals and save up for them, etc. from a young...

    Banks and credit cards

Still, about half of canadians are paycheck to paycheck...and half of them carry a balance month to month on their credit cards. I generally flip flop and might carry for a few months (looking at you end of the year with anniversary, birthday and xmas within one month!!!) but it's nothing i...

    407 tolls, a big issue?

Oh i'm talking about something more dynamic instead of having it on a schedule. Based on entries on the 407 the rates increases or decreases. Rate goes up when you first get on with a sign and website showing live what the rate is. If you're at 0% occupation you pay the cheapest rate to get...
