Apparently the positive lead was just sitting on the terminal and at first glace yesterday, I didnt notice because the lead cover made it appear as though it was connected.
Somehow I had 2000 problem free kms since I put the battery back in with just the battery...
Hmmm I'll try that. Would a dirty connection cause this too? The connection between the bike and the battery are pretty solid though.
I dont think that the kickstand safety switch cuts power to all electrical on my bike.

So I was doing a coolant flush and one of the hoses broke. Its from the coolant overflow bottle, but I dont know where it leads to because it just saw it drop to the ground.
Im assuming that it is just an overflow tube which is supposed to be routed to the ground.
If it is, does it have to be...
If the cop is in the riders trajectory and the rider does not attempt to stop, they will shoot...although i havent seen an example of this first hand with bikes, it has been done many times before with a car.
