    Gps trackers... Nerds assemble!

AC "lost" a bag of mine I watched get loaded on a flight from Antigua direct to Toronto... So I wouldn't say "nil"... Lol. I did get it delivered to my hojeca few days later though. I imagine it got misplaced somewhere between being off loaded at YYZ and the baggage carousel.

    Gps trackers... Nerds assemble!

Thing is... Airtags and such only work within meters... I'd like to know if my item is in another airport/city. I know women who track their husbands/kids via their phones, but.. that's probably not going to work in my case... I'd have to buy another phone Lol

    Gps trackers... Nerds assemble!

What's good tracking device... I read about air tags and some android tags, but they all seem to use bluetooth with a range measured in meters... I'm flying Air Canada soon with a piece of sensitive checked baggage... I'm still waiting for a bag they lost (Toronto to Calgary) in 1997... I'd like...

I have a complicated ownership case here

Vehicle registration is a #### show IMO. 'Short time ago one my kid's car was registered to two people. Her in BC and me in Ontario... It only came to light when she moved back to Ontario and went to get Ontario reg./plates.

Buying a new motorcycle without test drive

I do not accept the idea that everyone should start with something small cc-wise. Unless of course you don't think you're smart enough and let inanimate objects rule your life. Whenever I hear someone say something like "I had to get rid of my (insert fast bike name) before it killed me"... I...

    Solo trip from Toronto

You're right... As long as you have clean socks and panties, uh... I mean underwear... It's no big deal wearing the same outer garments a couple o'few days in a row. You're on a bike, no one can smell you. I'm the kind of dandy that has to have a hot shower at least once a day so.. Shower, clean...

Packing.... It's a steep learning curve Two years in a row I ended up mailing my excess packing back from BC to my home 'Subsequent years I managed to not over pack, but man... It's one thing standing in your garage trying not to forget anything... It's another to be on your ride wondering...

    Bikes with character...

I don't know if it's "character" that makes them so attractive for me, but... Just the "look" of those motoguzzi engines makes me happy in my pants... Hell, I'd put one on my dining room table as a centre piece. I'd never buy a motoguzzi though... Those Italians make 'em pretty, but... Too much...

The Bad Drivers of Ontario Thread

'Very tragic case... :-( The net of sadness\trauma these events cast is wide. It's not just the family involved, but everyone associated with the loss... Not only the family, friends, school mates of the kids for sure, but even the emergency response folks. Fire, Police, Paramedics and even the...

    Solo trip from Toronto

This thread is beginning to give me "tingles". My problem is learning to slow down... Every time I've gone to BC it turns into an endurance challenge. Penticton BC to Medicine Hat in one go? "Sure, why not?" 1000km days are cool. But you don't really see much Lol
