Trade up for a full rack...it doesn't take up much more floor space than a half rack.. and is much more versatile.

Thanks for clarifying. On the cupw site.. the way it's listed under demands.. it's appears they're asking for '10 paid medical days'.

The union is asking for a 24% wage increase over 4 years... But it's also asking for an additional 10 paid days off.. and that's worth another 4% per year.

They did it a few years ago in BC.. to two mentally challenged people.

I'll just add... CP over-pays for outside services.. trucking, etc... some times double what they should. CP also gives away millions of dollars in consumable products to other companies.
