    just lean it over on its right side aganist the wall, you should have minimal spilling. I don't think that 1000RR has a gasket, so use a good quality sealant. Careful with the bolts that hold the stator against the cover, they usually have red locktite, so don't strip them.

    Re: Who is spooning their own rubber? I've used tire spoons for a long time to do sport bike and dual sport tires, i have a no-mar and it helps. But DS tires are easy to do yourself, just be careful and dont force it. watch that inner tube!

    Whats your 'lifted' truck I've loaded bike into lifted trucks before without much of an issue. My pick up isn't lifted but in no means have a low bed height.

    There is no way the OP can tell for sure if the bike is running richer or leaner - its going to be purely by observation.

    check the green connectors on top of the rad area, its right under the frame.

    sounds like its the relay. also, it was just replaced and new odd symptoms..so go back to that part you can use the old relay and jump the termians and start the bike if it turns off normally - you know its the realy. But the other spot id check it right on top of the rad, there is a harness...

    oh and also, since you have a CDI box and electronic pick up etc, they usually run to about 9v. anything in the 8v-9v they act funny and below 8v they usually just die.
