anybody ever recieve a big payout after being hit?

Whoever pulled that stunt should be fired. Death and funeral benefits are paid quickly, Serious injuries can take years, and years to settle or sometimes the files don't settle. They remain open for upwards of 10 years.

    Radar Detectors and Laser Jammer/Reflectors

I think we need more race tracks for both cars and bikes local to the GTA. Seems racing is a growing trend that needs the demand to met. More FAST courses (I understand they sell out quick) and maybe a racetrack right here in Toronto.

    My 2004 CBR 1000RR STOLEN

Maybe we should dial up the Toronto Star? They always love kicking the police in the @ss. Splash the headlines with people who have video of their bikes being stolen and the fails by the police. Doesn't it usually lead to arrests or police saving the day?

    Icon Stryker Vest?

In reply to your question, The vest should be used as an addition to something. The vest only protects your chest cavity and spine. It does not cover your soft abdomen and limbs. Good in theroy, bad in practice. I don't find them very comfortable either...just my 2cents.
