Can't compare your 625 to a dirt bike maintenance wise. My 690 is a bit of a pain too. Most problems on my 250 can be done fixed trailside in 10 minutes using the little tool kit provided. Japanese bikes are a PITA by comparison.

This!
Plus no loud pipes. The #1 reason riding areas get closed. People don't complain when they don't hear you out there.
And spark arrestors are mandatory in the ganny now.

Those would be the restricted trails I'm talking about. You aren't allowed to ride there. There is only about 8km of open singletrack in Northumberland. The rest is off limits to motorized vehicles and has been for years.
Read those maps you seem to have. Those are the only trails you are...
The singletrack. Used to be quite a bit more out there. I guess if you like bombing around on forest roads it's ok

Greenies pretty much shut Northumberland down a few years ago. All we're allowed on is the doubletrack and 1 singletrack trail that's about 4 or 5km long.
Even taking the restricted trails into account, Northumberland pales by comparison to the Ganny.

Sure, why not. Would only take a few minutes on my end. Supposed to be done on a cold engine though so you'd need to let it cool before I do it.
I'll be at the Bethany on Sunday on a blacked out 690.

If you guys want a tune put in I can bring the cable Sunday. It only takes a few minutes per bike.
I have the akro and stage 1 maps stored in my phone.

You should tune it. Your bike is probably running a bit lean. Put the akro map in it.

Pretty easy to do. I actually tuned mine using my phone

Lol, they do the same for racing. It really sucks getting up for work the day after a race.
I'll be going this year too. Usual pace.
