21 y/o insurance
I'm thinking Facility as the best option if StateFarm doesn't want to write it due to age, G licence, no car etc.. Jevco would surcharge 400% since it's a sports model so I would not recommend them for the best rate.- Aleks Hara

Am I getting the best motorcycle rate possible?
Bike rates look good. I would guess StateFarm has the best rate for them, and if you aren't with them, definetly give them a call. Cars and house should be a decent premium too since you're not in the city and have a clean record.- Aleks Hara

Facility Rate Change
In most cases, if a rider is with Facility, it's usually because the rates are significantly cheaper there than in the other markets (provided the broker and client checked all available rates).
