    Auto Glym Bumper Trim Gel

+1. It removes wax really well from black plastic trim. ---------------- OP - try Plexus for all your plastic pieces including fairings. You can even use it to protect the outside of your helmet visor. It's pricey but works great.

Good dealer to buy a ninja 300 from?

I had a good experience with Edge. I went there for an inline fuel filter and some odds and ends. In passing I mentioned that I had damaged one of the straps on my Cortech saddle bags. The parts guy took to the garage and pointed at some straps that are used to hold ATV's and bikes during...

    Fine for not wearing helmet

One of the reasons why we have helmet laws is due to OHIP, etc. Government wants to reduce the cost of treatment where ever they can and head injuries are expensive to treat. Helmet laws are not on the books for the benefit of the rider. In the US where some states are helmet optional and...

New truck, rust... Do I stand a chance?

+ 2 I used Krown on my 93 Accord until I traded it for another Honda in 2010. It had no rust except for a very small spot on one of the rear fender lips.

This guy needs to be fired, pronto!

No doubt the Elantra is a fine automobile, especially at its price point. I have personally never driven a Volkswagen myself but I am interested in their diesel options.

This guy needs to be fired, pronto!

Love 'em or hate 'em, they are an important part of the Ontario manufacturing economy. They are keeping hundreds if not thousands of people in Ontario employed. True. It worked for Hyundai in the 80's. Their cars where cheap (and some say terrible) back then but look where they are today...

This guy needs to be fired, pronto!

It is and agreed. Original condition convertibles are very rare and can fetch huge dollars. They were ahead of their time for the mid-30's. Notice the hide-away headlights. A stunning automobile!

    Thoughts on 2013 Honda CBR500R?

Over on ex-500.com there is an older member who is a retired racer and used to race ex500's. Many stories and pictures of him on there moping up other racers on larger machines back in the late 80's and early 90's.

    Thoughts on 2013 Honda CBR500R?

IMHO I would keep your 250 till you are at least 25 and the insurance rate starts dropping. Besides it is a really nice bike. If you must upgrade now then I recommend taking a look at the Kawi 500R. Cheap to buy and insure and ridden by a competent rider it can really surprise. Then when...

Practicing in parking Lots - don't people kick you out?

I usually do a little PLP in the spring to make sure everything is working well on the bike and to shake the cobwebs of winter off. Never had any issues. Best time to go is early on a Sunday morning as most stores don't open till 11am or 12pm. I usually use the Sail parking lot at Hwy 400 and 7.
