Simple answer, no. Depending on what colour it fades you could be violating a few different sections of the HTA. Stable colours only on the road, and never red.

I was out again today for around 2 hours, and again in full gear. I'm gonna go with Nyx on this one. I used to teach first aid, and have seen a fair bit of road rash. It's just not worth the risk. And i'm in a full textile jacket, no mesh yet.

Being the recipient of the recessive redhead gene in my family, i have little choice but to go full gear, lest I burn like a lobster. An underarmour shirt, t-shirt, armoured textile jacket it is. Make a few stops to hydrate, and all is well. Just common sense IMO.
