You do not gain points for 10 Km over, but it is still an infraction as far as insurance is concerned. One is probably not a problem with most insurances, second one could affect your rates. personally I would consider fighting it, just for the insurance issues. There are lots of threads here...

I thought that was only US border guards that search electronic devices without a warrant...did the law change to allow all LEO to do this?

Thats funny, I just did this a month ago, bought parts in Indiana and had them shipped to North Carolina for rework and then back to me in Ontario. No problems for VISA.

This topic came up in another thread on balancing tires. So I was thinking of using Dyna Beads or a similar product(someone suggested air-soft pellets). I would like to get some feedback either positive or negative on the use of dyna-beads as a quick easy way of balancing tires from riders...

+1 I just did this for a M8 SHCS that had the head broken off. Just get a good drill bit, take you time drilling and then use an extractor.Works good and only costs just a few bucks for materials.

The condo owners may not an occupier but I believe they are the owners of the common areas? Maintenance and upkeep of these common areas is a big part of the monthly fees, which makes them responsible for the property.

Actually I agree it is pretty funny, there are enough stupid drivers on the road that should be suspended from driving, and the province targets people not making support payments.
