Take Nelson St West out of Port Dover heading west. Turn south on Port Ryerse road. In Port Ryerse turn right on Front Rd and stay on that road till you get to Port Rowan. One of the better roads in all south Ontario.

my old 2000 Suzuki TL1000S would get about 220-230km per tank on 14-15L of fuel. Something sounds off. Start with the basics, plugs, fuel and air filters and go from there.

My 00 ZX6R doesn't have one. Pretty sure the 98-02 ZX6R's are all that way, as well as the 98-03 ZX9R's Hope this helps.
