The Mach 3 looks small. I got a Renegade RSS 17 for Christmas, the thing is massive and super lightweight. It replaced a 10yr Metro (both Ogios). Padding is much better on the Renegade.
Saw a naked KTM on King W near Bathurst this PM. Super Duke maybe? Was mostly black. Looked and sounded badass!
Also a black Ninja something or other on Bathurst moments later.
You bastids.
I think the 18-month rule applies even if you skip the M course. I did my M1 Exit at Learning Curves in late October 2013 and did the full-M test at the MTO in late June 2015. Counting on my fingers, that's less than 22 months.
I had a blue called Devil's Rock at a winery tasting in Owen Sound. That stuff was amazing. Super creamy for a blue.

First torque wrench I bought was a beam type but I find it awkward to use. You need to be looking at it squarely from above the scale, which is almost always impractical when working on a bike. Can't beat the price though.
You can't get a good feeling for it in the vid but Beaver Hall hill is really steep. Too steep to try and swerve/coast downhill - you'd probably end up going through the intersection at 70km/h at the bottom. That's why you see everyone just get on the brakes and never let go of them.
Anyway...
