hi i live in a condo. it's about 650 sq ft. i'm thinking about installing hardwood flooring DIY style. i think with youtube DIY videos, some rented tools, and patience (i can take my time doing it slowly and carefully). i should be able to complete the job nicely. BUT... i've never done it...

i had the wrX for 2 years. it was a good bike. EFI so hassle free. power wheelie? hmmm not sure if either bikes have the torque for it. even if they can power wheelie, by the time you bring front wheel down you're going over 60kph. better to practice clutch wheelies. you can bring it up going...

OP why didn't you hire a personal injury lawyer and go after her car insurance policy? you still have time. statue of limitation is two years from the date of accident (i think, not sure). since the driver in traffic court already pled guilty. you have a very good chance of winning in civil...
