Some mobos are tripple channel and use 3x 2gb. My friend's i7 950 build I did for him uses this.

I got him to install a bunch of new parts on my bike and I was impressed with the speed and low cost of his work. He picked up the bike in the morning hassle free and I was able to go get it myself later in the afternoon. He changed the spark plugs, tires, installed crash bars and heated grips...

6 gb will be plenty unless you game on it, like I said. For normal random applications and internet and stuff 6 gb will be plenty for the foreseeable future. Hell, my little net book only has 1gb of ram and I load it with a bazillion tabs all the time.

Thanks for the great info. Didnt know oem would be iridium. Valve clearance only needs to be done at 42 or 48k kms on my bike, I forgot exactly so ill get a new set of iridium and get them changed at 24k then again at valve check like you said.

Also again, im not doing them myself. Too many other things in the way and I dont want to break anything.
