I use an rLink (http://rlink.com) on my bike. It's not perfect (or cheap), but it makes noise, sends alerts to your cell phone, and has GPS for tracking. Mind you, I doubt the GPS will work in the back of a cargo van, but if you put some other deterrents hopefully it will alert you quickly...

There's about 10 degrees of difference for me on the knee angle between the ('07) Ninja 250R and the 400R. That's huge. I'm 6'2", 220 lbs and I found the 250 too small for me. I ended up with a Ninja 400R and completely glad I did. It's not twitchy at all, very manageable power and still has enough power for the highways...
