    You can also check the tire mounting within the rim itself. Sometimes dirt are trap in those area upon installing the tire. Another thing is to fill up your tire with nitrogen instead of regular air. It will last longer and keeps the pressure cool even with extreme riding.

    I think the best way to fit your battery is to shave some of the parts of your seat, but my question why did you purchase a 8 cell ballistic battery if oem will be enough?

    How about the headlight harness and relay how is the condition of it? Also try to clean the switch within the handle bar.

    Exhaust Mod

    It would be best to buy and replace those oem exhaust to a aftermarket muffler. Yes punching some holes with the exhaust will make it more nosier but the engine will suffer and also fuel consumptions.

    May I ask what would be better nitrogen filled or just regular air? I know that nitrogen are being used in racing purpose, but will it be beneficial in regular vehicles? By the way I use 30 psi both front and rear.

    Hmm it could be the stater motor it self, it may need re-building or replacement. Have you tried series connection directly to your battery?
