The new bike I got has tires that were manufactured back in the second half of 2009. They look file with lots of tread and no cracks. Are they safe to use or should I grab a new set?

I am 5'9 / 150lb and it is a good fit. If you are a little smaller they will for even better for you. They are heavy duty leathers.
