You must get comfortable with the bike before you can do slow speed u-turns properly, I use my body weight to help me tighten up the turn radius, ie: lean over into the direction I want to turn + clutch/throttle control.
"But here we were, with two of the finest examples of motorcycle technology you can (apparently) get.
The Suzuki GSX-R 750, and the Ducati Diavel."
Ahahah this made my day!
Im sure there was a user here that tows bikes, but cant seem to remember the user name (fireinferno?)
I need a bike moved from Ottawa to Toronto, can you PM me with a quote.
Thanks.
Thanks for the reassurance, I'm looking into a 09.
PS: Will be bringing the bike from out of province, any way to get temp. insurance with the temp. plates?
Stock?
This is the bike I will be keeping for ~5 years, if 08-09 behave the same as 10+ ie: power delivery, low - mid range etc. then Ill go with the 08-09 model (~2k cheaper)
Really hope that thats the case. Thanks.
Thanks, main question remains unanswered though (for those who rode both bikes) is there any difference in power (ie: low-mid range) between an 08 and 10+ Ive been told by the dealer that the 10+ models have revamped crankshaft to add extra power, is this true in real life? Thanks.
Any body has experience riding both bikes? I know that for '10+ models they increased the crankshaft for "increased power" how noticeable the difference in real world?
I only rode the 2010 model and loved it, but found a great deal on a 08 need help deciding, thanks.
