+1 on the foaming wasp spray. I had a paper wasp nest half the size of a basketball hanging off the soffit of my house a few years ago. Wait till after dark, they will be all home and not flying around, then blast'em. Get a good 5 or 10 second blast in to coat the nest. Hit the opening first...
