Bridgeports are top notch. As mentioned before if your using it to make a living you cant go wrong, if your playing around in the garage, craftex has some decent hobby mills. Budget for a digital readout for either.

Get the fast lane plus or be prepared to wait in the sun all day like 2+hrs waits per ride. Longest I waited for any of the big rides was 15 - 20min. This was on labour day weekend.

Agreed. But 1000cc i4- 600cc i4 brutal slow? Maybe if top speed runs down the 400 is your thing. Other than that a 600 is not slow by any stretch of the imagination.

Denial is a terrible thing. IMO 1000cc v twin super bike has a better power band for street riding than any i4.

I rode a 1000cc v twin for 4 years, sold it and bought a 600cc i4. The 600 is definitely not brutal slow. 1000-250 would be brutal :p
