    Dean Blundell show suspended

Their music blows (seriously "get lucky from Pharrel? on repeat), but their commentary is the only thing that keeps me sane during rush hour traffic (podcasts). They'll be back.

CanadaPost returns my package without attempting delivery!

NTS: Raising hell on social media does jack ****. Things I learned today: still nothing. PHONEPHONEPHONE Nothing works as effective as the phone. If the first person that picks up is of no help, ask for manager/call again/call again/call again.

    Northern Luzon (Philippines) Ride Report

+1. Great read-through. If you're looking for tips and pointers on how to write these "journals", give a look at the "completed expeditions" section of the following website, and (prepare to waste hours) read through a few of threads with the most views. Choosing the right words and structure...

CDN vs USA Winter tire pricing.

Here`s an idea of how cheap you could have gotten tires for vs american shopping: http://f.redflagdeals.com/showthread.php?t=1384548 GB is closed naturally, but my set of xice3`s were less than $70 more than american pricing.

Canadian friendly border car tire shops

For the record, I go on parts-run often, (I'm on the same team here, bought my Continental DW's in the past spring from tirerack, installed at the 24/7 shop in Buffalo, ditched my old ones with the shop--but I also brought over another $3,000 of various parts and toys), but GB-discounts + cash...

DIY vibration/sound absorbing pads: where to get supplies?

Is this for acoustically treating a room? ****'s a blackart and there is a method to the madness of the construction (sandwiching various materials to absorb/deflect/redirect soundwaves). I'd categorize this as a non-DIY project. (you can do 'well', but not as good as off the shelf products)

Canadian friendly border car tire shops

You didn't call nor research enough. I too do cbiusa trips about 4x a year. This year's simplytire's GB 2-months back made it a 60$ difference between tirerack's price, all in cost (Michelin xice3's with steelies). Gb discount + manufacture's rebate + install myself price + cash price = super...

Cold weather RIDING gear - awesome ICE FISHING clothing found!

Odd. I bought my HJC CL-16 when it first came out for autox with my car about 4 years ago. Still acceptably clear. Keep in mind, once you have pinlock, you don't have fog anymore, and don't need to actively 'touch' the inside of your visor, so I'm not sure why you're having that much 'traffic'...

Quick question: Reason to avoid a bike (2008, dropped) with 50km?

Hi folks, Thanks for all of your input. I'm flying out tomorrow so time was limited--paid for a mechanic to go check it out for me and it was indeed, indicative of only being ridden 35km with a down. Nubbies still on the tires, brakes and all other mechanical components were mint. Required the...

Quick question: Reason to avoid a bike (2008, dropped) with 50km?

Hi folks, Any particular reason to avoid a (used) 2008 bike with less than 50km on it? Would be purchasing from original owner, who fell into health complications shortly after buying the bike from the dealership. (I can relate) Was dropped before, looks to be a slow down with cosmetic flaws...

Buying used bikes - checking UVIP guarantees bike wasn't stolen?

Thanks. Turns out, there's a ministry office 2 minute walk from my office. Even better luck? 1 person in line. UVIP in hand, bill of sale ready, only needing the title and ownership from seller and howyoudoingGTAM?
