I dont hate e bikers, but thought I would start this thread to bash them. Hell, you can get an awesome bicycle for that money and ride while getting exercise.

Guys Just a thought, why I don't like electric bikes - they look stupid - they travel practically as fast as a fit cyclist can ride a bicycle. Yet one gets zero exercise when they are on them - they cost a lot. A used motorcycle can be bought for the same price, or at least a 50 CC Yamaha...

the TU250X looks great, we had a couple at the safety course. However, the all metal rear brake pedal I wasnt fond of, when wet, it was very slippery. Googled GW250, looks like **** :mad:

Insured my bike last year beginning of October, right after finishing the MSF. What is the difference, you pay October - October for example, does not matter when you start paying, the whole year is then insured.

One problem is that to get to interesting roads, you need to spend lots of time and ride on highways. My motorcycle is not really a highway vehicle, as it isn't very comfortable. Neither is my helmet, as I found out I think joining a group of riders would definitely make things more interesting
