thats true you can do that if the paper work is done properlly. I just talked to the guy...we both headed out to the bank and he paid off the lean and signed off the signature of seller. So im pretty happy that he didnt run off and never answer my phone calls.

Yeah i know that people forge the signature...but i want him to personally come to see that he has a lien and he had not told me about it. Thats i why i left a msg telling him to come down to my place and sign it. I dont have any paper work saying he sold it to me.
