    stoopid me, looking closer at the diagram in the link, I see what's to be jumped. all positives to + supply, and all negatives to ground. does it matter which ground I jump (battery or relay)? or just bridge all negatives to each other? thanks

    CB400 Bobber was running

    Open gas cap and try to start, sometimes tank vent gets clogged up creating a vacuum, fuel doesn't flow as well. Also check oil level as well, these old bikes don't like to run on less than optimal oil level, at least thats my experience with my 72 cb500. GL
