That there is a very ignorant statement in itself.
Does it matter if the deceased were immigrants, black, white, brown, yellow or green? the matter of the fact is that people died from a misfortunate accident.
Sorry to hear bout your loss still but there are brighter things on the horizon for you. Keep your head up and know that it's not a big deal as long as you were properly insured. Think of it as a blessing in disguise :occasion4:
Rodney,
If you don't mind riding on a plugged tire than I have a deal for you. Last year I got a roofing nail in my rear tire @ 1000 kms. It's a Dunlop Sportmax Roadsmart 160/60 ZR 17 which came off my Kawasaki ER-6N. I bought a new tire and stored the old one in the basement.
If interested...
I agree with with this post except the 1 call every 2 shift deal.
I was referring to the call/shift point.
Authoritative source you say meh...you actually believe all that you read in a newspaper?

Then wouldn't that mean there is an equality in society (which by the way I strongly believe there is but don't agree with)? If you can't afford the rich man's highway (407) you must take the poor mans highway (other 400 series).
I didn't read the whole thread as it's 7 pages long so if anyone mentioned this I'm sorry.
I think the whited out plates are a problem the MTO had with the plate manufacturer and was not done on purpose by the plate holder. If you notice, it only happened to a certain series of plate #'s...
I agree with the general gist of the post, but I'm a bit of a gear nazi:eek:
1 - purchase new bike in Aug 2010 all in financing = $10 775.00
2 - servicing since then (I do most of the work) = $711.00
3 - accessories (slip on, tail tiddy, solo seat) + gear = $4387.00
also, sorry to hear about your loss. Whether it be a $3k Rukus, $15k SS or a $400 bicycle, it hurts and I feel for you and your g/f.
I'd agree with the other posters and demand that the cops look into it (for what it's worth) but you've not many choices.
If you can't get it off the LL's PVR...
