Update* So today I went into the dealership to take a look at the car, test drove it. Sat down with one of the salesmen and started talking numbers. Price listed was $21,995 + taxes and something else which came to $25000 and a bit. I told him my budget 22,000 all in. He than wrote on paper...

Well I guess I should bump up my budget a bit to get this car, according to bluebook price this car is worth 19,350 from a dealership or 17,500 from private party. I have found a couple from private and with low km and good shape, wasnt big fan of silver tho.

So would it be ridiculous if their listed price is $21,995 and what Im trying to do is to get it all under the 20k range after taxes? Basically I dont want to spend more than 20k on this car. Would you guys say that is too much wiggle room?
