This thread is beyond frustrating. I set out very clearly in the other one what the benefits of moving all of the CMA duties to the MCC would be, and Trials pretended to have read it. If the CMA's best advocate on this forum is someone that myopic... welll... that says it all really.

I was explaining this to people a while ago! Not only is waving naff, but in Aus the oncoming rider is on our throttle hand side, so waving is hard. Nodding rules. Waving is dumb.

Another thought on this I had in the shower (dangerous, I know) - the FIM affiliation would make Canadian series easier to enter and more enticing for one-off visits from others - especially from the USA. Imagine if we could have more regular visits from folks like Corti into the CSBK - Loris...

If we can take this on face value, and you mean genuinely that your understanding has improved, that's awesome. If you're being vague and facetious, that's a shame.

Re: the membership question: That will hopefully be resolved soon. The MCC I believe is going to be restructured with more grass-roots membership and democracy of a sort. I know that's a push coming from some. Re: Why does MCC need FIM affiliation, and what will they do better than the CMA...
