Agreed. Bad at communication but great (better than local) prices on most items. Having said that I'd buy from them again.

How many jackets can be done with a jar of the Aussie conditioner? Does this stuff harden when dry (ie. potentially blocking perforation holes)?

Pricing aside, I found that bayside carried some things that I could not get locally. They can definitely improve on the customer service side of things.

Kevin (the owner?) is a great guy to deal with. Great prices, shipping is a little expensive but you save on the PST. Highly recommended.
