    Also, 1 more thing to add. You said you got the tickets 2.5 years ago and had taken it to court. This means that the tickets are taken off your record 3 years from the date of conviction. Not the date of being issues the tickets. So whenever you got convicted in court, it's 3 years from that date.

    +1 Always state you have no at-fault accidents (if that is the case). You might want to watch out though as insurance companies may have put you down as a 50/50 accident, even though the police report may have said otherwise. Had it happen to me.
