I've seen that price with 0km before but with out any add-ons... I wouldn't do it. I would also never buy a demo bike,(or a rental) but that's just my opinion.. Others may disagree.

its a static load. If it doesent brake in the first 5 seconds, its likely not going to break over the winter just sitting there. I would replace it when you can afford it. If its the thread on the swingarm, thats bent, i would use a different kind of stand that doesent require spools.

ive got a ninja 600 and do plenty of touring on it, and dont find comfort a problem after replacing the stock seat. I can go all day if I stop for 10 min every 2 hours or so. I would go with the zx6 and replace the clip ons with some handlebars, or higher clipons if you want increased comfort...
