<250 cc ... how slow can you go? :)

Re: 125 cc ... how slow can you go? :) LOL! meh... full gear and pace principles takes care of that. I can't say "easy pace" because that wouldn't be the case.

Yup... makes sense. Now I see that I can't change the thread title... ah well... I don't suppose there are more than 2 people this thread would apply to anyhow.

<250 cc ... how slow can you go? :)

Although I thought about joining on one of those... This is really a "less than" 250 initiative...I should've been a little clearer with the initial post. Think more cbr 125...I've ridden with 250's as well, and they've got a bit more grunt especially in the straights. It's boring for the...

125 cc ... how slow can you go? :) Do you ride a really small displacement machine? Is 250 too much? Heheheh Just wanted to make a thread for those on less VROOOOMy machines. Group rides can get a bit boring when your mostly trying to catch up without the acceleration reserves. Thought I'd...

    Front end shake

nope...just tires. And I'll have to agree that 43,000 is really pushing it. It's the only thing directly connecting you to the road.

    the "wave" - riding etiquette

I'd even go so far as to advise to just ignore everything except riding. You'll have lots of time to wave to strangers who are on a similar mode of transportation. It's not worth putting yourself in a situation where you could lose focus/control.

Front tire size question - 110/80 stock vs 110/70 to buy

Hey guys, Did a search, couldn't find a precise answer. So as above, the stock size is 110/80-17 and looking around, it's a tough size to find in some tire models. 110/70-17 is a more common size it seems (there are 80's available, just a bit more $$ and not in the tires I have a chance to...

    Stories Of Bikers Helping Out!

I stop when I can. Stopped once on the tight curve on King rd east of Mississauga Rd. Dude was having a smoke on the gravel with his bike right on the bend. Seemed a strange place to stop, I thought maybe he lowsided and was just chilling and gathering his-self. Nope, just smoking. So I had a...

Engine washing ... yes!... another useless topic...

Hello all, Hope everyone is having fun and keeping safe out there in the warzone. So my noobish question is for the super cleaners out there who probably have a tip or two if they wouldn't mind sharing. It's the first time I went and popped off the fairings to have a look see while I was...

    seems like they dont care

OP yeah, I can imagine your frustration. Yesterday, I'm on a red light facing west. All 4 directions have advance left turn lanes. Police cruiser is on the south side stopped in the left turn lane on a red about to go west. So as of now the only lights that are green are the north/south...
