i mount one on the left side of my helmet, slightly lower than my ear. Also mounted one at the passenger seat facing backwards (the seat has to come out)
All mounts are using 3M double sided tape. so far I still have my camera...... I've ridden in rain and lets just say its been speed...
I had to ride from Newmarket to Downtown today.................... that was a test of my patience. Have a video of me skipping out of some crazy traffic jam saving me at least 20 min within one KM or so... not sure if its legal or not so i will not post lol..............

not sure if this will help you. I was recently in traffic court, and one person says he was using his phone as a GPS. and the prosecutor says the device is able to transmit and receive and therefore falls under the category of handheld device.

7 yrs on a bike under my belt...... horns don't make much of a difference... ppl who change lanes without checking blind spots has their music blasting and doesn't pay attention... or some really old guy that can't hear anything.... I had to pull back into a parking spot to avoid getting hit...
almost impossible to redline in the city and not get in trouble with cops... unless of course you are cruising on hwy7 on first gear..... but thats a waste of gas...

I pass people in the middle lane all the time... Since there are no rules here in Canada that you cannot pass on the right and there are plenty of people who cruise on the fast lane thinking they are "fast" enough... I just pass when there is a chance when I need to...
