    +1, informal meet and greet to make sure you can carry a conversation. Also to make sure you don't drool excessively when you speak, or leg hump in public etc. Also depends on the company/business. you should do some homework for sure, check their website for products/locations/divisions...

    I used to work for an automotive parts distribution company, the scrap metal business was and is big $. For us the biggest $ came from the radiators, some were copper, some were aluminum. We made them for automotive and industrial use some weiging hundreds of pounds. cha ching
