yikes. kudos to you for doing the right thing. Most people, including riders, may not realize how expensive some repairs can be. My opinion has always been to quote the selling price of the bike as if you are to put it up on kijiji, and see their reaction. If they flinch and start bargaining...
wow.... Do you wave to a 5yr old kid if she's waving at you waiting to cross an intersection?
Not waving doesn't have anything to do with motorcycle... it totally has to do with your attitude.
By the way, when I'm out in the remote areas and see the odd cyclists tugged in and giving it all...
I've bought tires from:
Pete's - sent directly from Quebec via courier to garage for mounting (usually 2 days)
Flying Squirrel - Glen is downtown Toronto, got my tire even faster than Pete's (next day) Pleasure to deal with.
Next time I am going to go with Fawaz at Speedworx. I've been...
I am also chiming in here...
Bought 2 brand new bikes from Kahuna within the last 3 years, and not a single hiccup. Everything went smooth and delivered on date of promise. Salesperson is Norm, great guy to deal with.
Both bikes were picked up first week of April as well (so-called busy time)
I was thinking a USB charge outlet maybe useful, but then I was thinking of picking up an AntiGravity pac...

Thanks for the review. Wondering if you may consider a "dunk test" on waterproof? Eventually water will soak through, but waterproof should take a lot longer than water resistant.
That's an element I look for, especially with fall riding weather.
+1. Wow, thank you for sharing.
I hope other dealers will take note. Sometimes, it's not just bombarding the forum with sale ads that'll attract customers and build loyalty. Transparency goes a long way. Much appreciated.
Just wondering if I am doing something wrong here:
Last winter, I didn't hook up my battery to a tender. All I did was disconnected it from the bike and left it in a ventilated area within my home away from the sun. After 4 months, connected it back onto the bike and no issues starting up...
250s are fine on any highway. You don't need to pass trucks or cars at motogp speed. The wind issue just takes practice, as more experience you have, the lesser you'll "fight" the wind.
There are some experienced folks on this forum who commutes with less than 250cc on a daily basis, and they...
