Google "Kappa". Made at the same factory as Givi so you can use the Monorack or Wingrack system. A Vicious Cycle in New Dundee and Eurocorsa in Toronto carry them.

Roadsmarts are probably the "sportiest" of the sport-touring tires. I have them on my VFR now after 2 sets of BT 021 and like them very much. 10K on them and wearing out evenly. I hear the Roadsmarts 2 are even better.

Bridgestone BT45, Dunlop GT501 come to mind.

Or specifically how the torque is delivered. Look how quickly it peaks between 3K and 4.5K compared to the other bikes. I must say that the CBR has a nice mid-range.
