Did that, and multiple pics showing where my bike was parked. I know I would win in court, it will be easy to prove the error. I am trying to find out if there is a way to get the ticket cancelled or charges dropped without going through the whole trial process. Is there anyone I can talk to...

Thanks. At what point could they toss it out though? Like I said I don't want to spend a lot of time on this long-term (not worth it) and can't know if I will actually be in town to attend when my date comes up in about January 2015.
