A friend of mine bought his moto guzzi from corsa meccanica. Can confirm they are legit but I've never been myself so I can't comment on price or selection

I prefer a tailbag myself. I had a Joe Rocket two-piece tank bag, but I didn't like how it got in my way on my old Ninja 250 (small bike I guess). I now use this tail bag on my GSX650F:

I own the GSX650F and love the smooth inline 4 over the v-twin of the gladius. The GSX will do long-distance travel no problem, but it's not a very popular bike so accessories/parts are not as widely available as I imagine they would be for the other bikes. The bike is pretty heavy too, which is...

When I initially updated the firmware for my Hero2, Wifi BacPac and Remote, I was having TONS of problems. Camera would freeze after a few seconds, remote could not connect to the BacPac, etc. What a piece of crap, you'd think paying $200 you'd get something that would work out of the box.

I did mine through RTI and not the ministry directly. I'm pretty sure your route will be different. Just do as much of the items on the checklist as possible, and treat it like a normal ride. Good luck!
I just completed the RTI course this past week. I don't remember the exact route (instructor said it changes everytime anyways) but the 401 portion involved getting on and off around Hespeler Road in Cambridge (one exit west or east, depending on what route that day). The commercial section was...

I have both a Bell Arrow and a Shoei Qwest, and both work fine with my glasses. My glasses are the plastic frame type, so they have thicker arms than the wire type. Still not a problem with either helmet though.
You can also customize the cheekpads in the Shoei as well.
I wear Forcefield Knee protectors under my jeans in the summer time when it's hot out. I bought them from Tony at Bluestreak. The knee protectors are flexible and very comfortable.
During the spring and fall, when it's cooler out, I wear Joe Rocket Ballistic pants with built-in knee armour. I...
I find Tony's customer service to be excellent. Whenever I send him an email asking him about something, his response is always quick and knowledgeable. His prices are very competitive (even with US online retailers) and the free shipping is a bonus!
