TDMM renewal arrived. 22% increase to $1,480; 2014 R6, standalone policy, clean record, peel region, full M, 30+, $2m/500/500 ded., not driven to work. Mandatory accident benefits cost $960 of this total. No surprise..I'll still shop around but I don't expect better pricing.

I'm looking to compete next season in a class below 600cc multi. Which bike would you suggest based on the number of competitors on the grids last season at either Grand Bend and/or Shannonville? I would hate to spend money on a class with few competitors. I'm thinking of a SV650 or a 300/250cc...

I purchased a new bike from Tri-City in January and it was a very positive experience. The shop still seems to operate like the old days with a promise and a hand shake and the deal is done with no issues.

if your going to stay in your place for the long term buy a Trane or Carrier product. Trane makes the better product but many more Techs are trained on Carrier should you ever need a repair down the road. Instal will be hit or miss since most HVAC shops that are competitively priced will...

Or, get any bike you wish but restrict the speed of the bike to 90 kph...(although I'm opposed to any type of nanny state restrictions).

No. I'm not a defender of TMP but I would like to hear comments about the condition of the wall from riders who were actually on site for one of the Oct 11th or 12th trackdays. The only comment I read so far from an on site rider was Benny's who said the bales were ragged looking but intact and...

Semi-annual meet of the TMP haters club. lol. On a different note, if someone notices another pre season TMP track day package sale of $100 per day this year, post up, because I'm in for 6 days next season. I had a good time at TMP this year.

That site has a few nice toys but all out of my budget. I've already spent my 2015 bike addon budget (<$100) with sprockets and an r6 throttle mod. Lol. Thank-you for the input everyone.

I'll have to try riding without it and see what happens...the tach is a nice have but I'll miss the gear indicator more, I always seem to lose count after a lap or two.
