    question regarding mortgage?

Diversification is what people do when they don't know what the hell they are doing, imo. You can diversify all your stuff into a bunch of garbage investments and make zilch. Do your due diligence and don't listen to just one person especially if they call themselves a financial advisor.

    question regarding mortgage?

I completely agree. But a person who lives to just pay off their mortgage and never puts their money into anything else will never have money. They will have a house. That's it. There are lots of other ways to invest that are very low risk and would make you income without having to work...

    question regarding mortgage?

Never trust a banker. Ever. The only reason a banker has money is because they work for the bank. Banks are the biggest crooks around. Houses cost money to keep and maintain. They are hands down a liability.

    question regarding mortgage?

While I will agree that paying down a mortgage is the safest way to invest your money, it is also the least profitable. Houses are a liability, not an asset. I earn 8% interest on my investment and it is guaranteed and the risk is minimal. Just because you are not familiar with it doesn't...

    question regarding mortgage?

Real Estate Investment Trusts have variable rates though. No guarantees on returns. Which ones are you in? Hybrid? Beats mutual funds.

It is divided equally according to how much you invest. The number of investors for each project varies.

    question regarding mortgage?

Yes. For instance, if you took out say 300k equity on your house and put it into some projects in the GTA, usually condo builds, on a typical investment you make 8% annually in cheques paid quarterly with an additional 12% after a three year term at which point your funds are returned. You...

Ladie's 5'4 and under and an SS

In all fairness, some of us are not looking to ride like you do. I for one, will never ride like that unless I decide to try the track in which case I would get a track bike. I'm hoping to get my bike lowered in the spring.

    question regarding mortgage?

Likely he was already in it balls deep with her. As in, they had lived together for more than 6 months and she could take half his sh*t already. The fact that she was willing to f**k her credit rating if he defaults shows a lot of trust.

    question regarding mortgage?

I suppose I tend to be an idealist...even when it comes to the capacity and capabilities of others. It is possible, just like selling everything and living on a motorcycle and traveling around the world.

    question regarding mortgage?

I do real estate prospecting and own a few investment properties including a fourplex. I never mortgage with banks because the rates are generally no where near as competitive. I have a very good broker who colours outside the lines, if you will and I will lock in when we see a raise in rates...

    New years resolution

My wedding was 10k. I didn't even want a wedding but I felt obligated for my family and in laws sake. My wedding was on my parents farm. We had BBQ steak. It was a huge party. My friends and family still talk about how it was the most fun, relaxed wedding. I hate traditional stuff so there...
