You have to simplify this process - you are looking at way too many problems. Sounds to me like it's not running right coupled with a electrical issue. So I would start slow and figure out the following things...... 1. Is it charging at idle and at 2k and 4k? What do those figures look...

What kind of patch did you get,? An internal mushroom or an outside plug?

What about black balls - cant find them anywhere? The penny candy kind.... Not just some black guys balls .... (had to clarify)

^^^ I agree. Plus it all depends on skin colour/pigment. It's not like they completely screwed up the tat, it might be due to scabbing that the colour didn't fill in like it was suppose to. But I didn't tip, so now I'm thinking he'll remember & totally eff it up now :s

So I guess one place that did shoddy work for me- and I didn't tip - I shouldn't go back to for the free 6 month touch up??? 0.o
