i dont know of any off leash parks at davisville. there is oriole, balliol, and the beltline, but none of those have off-leash areas.

why do you think that 42k should be considered "high mileage" for a 250 streetbike? i can see calling a full race engine "high mileage", but most non-weekend warrior riders will put on 42k in a few years

the concours had a pretty long run as well. Early/mid 80's - 2006? not immensly long, but for almost no changes from early 90.s to the end is pretty significant. also, EX500 had a similar life span.
26" wheels wont be disappearing for a long while. too many cheap chinese builders making them and they wont retool for a 27.5 wheel.
high quality 26 wheels may get rarer as time goes on.
any expanding foam will compress. it may seem hard but its not, and it doesnt bounce back.
could you get a smaller size metal bar to go inside and weld it?
