FREE Maps- for Android phones- No data or wifi needed-very nice too

Because it could be considered a replacement for a map that people needed for centuries. I am not sure why people stick it to their windshields on the way to work though?

    2009 Triumph Sprint ST 1050

I have been thinking about selling my 2009 Triumph Sprint ST 1050 (non-ABS), or maybe even trading it for a Street Triple. Smooth and powerful, yet comfortable and great handling… The bike is in excellent condition and it has been my baby for nearly 2 years. I bought it from a BMW dealer in...

Key Left in Ignition - Still in the on position

I’ve done this several time! Park my bike on Simcoe St in the morning and go to work. Come back to the bike after work and start looking for the key… panic sets in. Did I lose it? Nah, it’s still in the ignition! Once I forgot it in the keylock for the under seat storage. The keylock is on the...

MotoGP 2013 video downloads (plus Moto2, Moto3, WSBK and a little AMA in there too)

Absolutely amazing (both the race and the quality). I do not think I’ll be watching Speed broadcast of the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 races any more. I don’t they broadcast WSBK anyway… Thank you so much Jamie for doing this for the community. You are a good man!

Barrie man killed in crash that also left several friends with serious injuries

Corrected: Everybody has glanced over their phone, nav, radio, heating/cooling controls, dash while driving…My point was, just because you look at something (be a screen of the phone to see who is calling) does not mean that you will automatically swerve into an oncoming traffic or a tree on the...

Barrie man killed in crash that also left several friends with serious injuries

Everybody has glanced over their phone while driving. However, if you choose to extend that glance so much that you end up driving across into oncoming traffic, that has to be severely punished. I used the word choose, because driver chose not to pay attention to driving for an extended period...

Importing a used bike from USA uncooperative seller: how to avoid the 3 days wait?

Re: Importing a used bike from uncooperative seller: how to avoid the 3 days wait? US Border crossing put a stamp on the original title document. Canadian border crossing officer pointed out to me that they must see that in order to proceed with their work. Not sure if he would make a problem...

Post up PICS of members bikes?

Thanks guys… And I’m not a pro at all! I like gadgets and got into playing with photography. Off camera flashes were used (purchased from ebay for under $50). Wireless triggers are no-name Chinese triggers that can be found for $20-$30… 2 out of 3 flashes worked, so there is a bit more shadows...

    Motorcycle GPS

I was also looking to get a motorcycle specific GPS a couple of years ago, but after realizing the cost I decided to get a regular, used, GPS… which I use in the car too. I bought my used Garmin 265WT for $50. It has Bluetooth so it connects to my scala. I added Ram Mount for it and that was...
