Can any auto shop do a bike safety?

Generally yes, most can, but call them and ask. They will likely only check basic things like lights and horn though

Non-messy way to get brake pistons out?

Compressed air, grease gun or caliper piston tool. Thats it, thats all. When using compressed air, if you put a piece of wood or something in the caliper the pistons won't fly out and take out the nearest window.

Battery died with lights on overnight

2 amps is too high for most powersports batteries, they overheat and get damaged internally. Go buy a motorcycle specific battery charger with desulfating ability like an Optimate 4, which is probably one of the best chargers available. CT chargers are junk.

    Weird noise from stator cover

That stator is black because the windings have overheated. It may still work, it may not but its only normal in the respect of a stator that is going to fail. Check your stator ac output and regulator/rectifier diodes and for signs of damage/swelling. Also the bolts that hold the stator and...

Do you have shims for a Honda VFR?

You don't need Honda specific valve shims, they're universal 7.48mm. Z1 has them.

    New exhaust = backfire

FYI backfire is through the intake, afterfire is through the exhaust. Get it tuned and disable the air injection system, it helps quite a bit.

    Öhlins > Showa

A GSXR is a street legal track bike. It's trackable from the factory, except for the obvious track day prep. Change the rear shock spring to a softer one as its set up for carrying a passenger and is way to stiff from factory, but you'll have to dial up the prelod quite a bit any time you intend...

    Well this can't be good...

Ouch, ya you're not fixing that, time for a new fork. Good news it that R6's are fairly common and you should be able to find a set without too much trouble. Call Zdeno cycle, they might have them.

Hard break in vs Manufacturer recommended

The important thing for break in is high cylinder pressure to properly seat the rings and wear them in. You don't need to rev the piss out of the motor to do that, just accelerate with increasing amounts of throttle in a high gear, ie load. The reason the manufacturer tells you to break in easy...

fork seals change ?? in brampton

If your fork seals are leaking and you manage to stop them with a seal saver, keep in mind that depending on how much oil has leaked out your suspension may not work properly. Fork oil levels have a pronounced affect on handling characteristics.

    Changing Fairings

I am not talking about installing OEM fairings. I am talking about installing aftermarket fairings for the first time on a specific bike, which frequently involves trimming, cutting and drilling because nothing lines up. Installing OEM and aftermarket chinese fairings are two totally different...

    Changing Fairings

Any SS clad in plastic is definitely not going to take under an hour, more likely 8+. GSXR's are the lesser of the 4 evils, but the other 3, forget it, they all have multiple interlocking fairing parts which never fit properly. There will always be gaps too, keep that in mind, anywhere from...

    Changing Fairings

Aftermarket chinese fairings never fit properly and can take anywhere from 1-8 hours to install and even then they still won't be perfect

Opinons/advice wanted..to Bazzaz or not to Bazzaz

That's an old bike, I have a red one now lol. I'm sure Suzuki spent way more time engineering that system then M4 did to make their slip on fit and you act like you're suprised that you lost power. Your fuel map is messed up, yes you could fix it with a tune but best case scenario you MAY...
