I did that the first time on Deals Gap. I target fixated on KillBoy and nearly blew the corner! LMAO! He needs a warning sign posted a corner or two ahead.

I had a look at Sail, and is your chair the plastic free type? It looks pretty robust, but I don't think I followed the exact link as I couldn't see the cup holder.

    Dirt/dual in snow

Smiled when the camera shot skyward. ;) Had a similar experience in snow off-road... But it was only the backyard and I got the KLR out in under 15 minutes of cursing.

    Dirt/dual in snow

RalleyConnex had a demo ride in Mansfield On a number of years back, and I was fortunate enough to be able to ride one for a number of circuits. Yeah, pricey, but the only way I know of to have FUN in the snow on a motorcycle. The front floats from side to side in a disconcerting manner, but...

    Dirt/dual in snow

It can be done with the conversion kit "snow explorer" I believe. Without the kit, as soon as your rear lifts and spins, the ride is over. Snow above the front axle will cause issues too in my experience. Ice riding is as easy as drilling screws into a set of knobbies, but wear extra armour...

    Givi softbag repair?

Have you tried a marine sail repair shop? They are experts with tougher materials, or shoe repair?

I don't know about the tarp, but I think it looks really interesting from a lightweight packing for dual sport adventure. Great idea, and it looks like a decent price unless someone can find a fleabay clone?

    Best motorcycle Amazon/eBay deals...

Advrider.com has a cool thread for sharing deals: Best Amazon / Ebay finds/purchases... And I thought what a super idea for the budget riders like me on the lookout for inexpensive mods and camping gear. I've seen bikerbits.com.au review and use this set time after time, and I'm tired of...

Did you cut your balls off

IMHO their primary purpose is to prevent objects such as tree branches from smacking your levers and or hands. My old KLR would hit the brake lever and nearly pitch me off the bike or ram in the clutch at importune moments. Trials riders on antique bikes would forever be busting levers when...

    To Beartooth and back

I wanted to give you encouragement but there is no 'like' button. :) I used to own a 2005 VFR and loved it for touring through the twisties, but always was on the lookout for LEOs. It was a hard life. :)

Did you cut your balls off

My Honda XR400R has the balls removed to fit behind Ascerbis hand guards. I figure I'm in more danger of being impaled by a tree than my levers in that scenario.

What is in the bag strapped to the rear of the pannier? I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like it.

Nice! The plastics on my '04 started fading, and it could have used a facelift like that. Try third party hosting for larger pictures. I used to use Photobucket until they stopped third party hosting. I think flickr and imgur may still allow it. Also the tapatalk app or GTAM version of it will...
