Beatiful bike, congrats. I don't know that may of the pure sportbike guys here truly understand the performance of a bike like this. In my mind they are the best "real world" street bikes available. My understanding is that the KTM can keep up with my Multistrada on the road and is the best...
I had a seal go on my Ohlins forks this fall so pulled them off the bike and sent them up to John to have the work done. Got a heavier spring, revalved and all fixed up. The best part about dealing with John is the communication and the time he takes to understand what you want out of the bike...
How about Quebec City? Check out some of the boutique hotels in the old town. Great restaurants and history as well. It's like going to europe on the cheap.
I bought a bike there years ago and got a pretty good deal on it. However the bike I traded in is still in their inventory. They've had the thing for at least 5 years! :lmao:
I have handguards, heated grips, and heated gloves. I use the grips when it's a bit chilly but under about 12 degrees the heated gloves are needed. I find my Gerbings G3 gloves are much less bulky than non heated cold weather gloves. I don't even turn the grips on when I have the heated gloves...
Chain maitenence is a bit of a pain especially when touring even though it takes 5 minutes a day for a cleaning and lube. The chain on my Multy has over 30,000 KMs and barely shows any wear. It stretched a bit at first but now only needs to be adjusted once a year.
Here's a GSed up version...
I don't know what you call this but these guys are extremely skilled. Looks like fun.

I have a 2011 and feel it's the best sport touring motorcycle available (at least for me). The new model is being launched and looks like it has some nice upgrades and new styling. The old beak has been redesigned and is much more appealing now. I'm not looking forward to seeing what the pricing...
Comparing the near impossible to acquire exotics from Kawasaki and Ducati really shows the beauty of the Italian design. I never will have to choose but if I did the Superleggera would be my pick.
I know, that must be the section that has that mysterious lateral gravitational pull that makes it difficult to keep the bikes speed below 150. It's unfair for the OPP to set up speed traps there and nab unsuspecting motorists caught in the gravitational vortex.
Seriously, if you don't have the...
I'm booked for 2 nights at the Best Western in Williamsport but made my reservation a couple of weeks ago. Lot's of fracking going on in PA so the work crews are taking up lots of accommodations in the rural areas. Penn State has a home game at Beaver Stadium which holds close to 110,000 fans...
GP Bikes carries some Scott gear. I purchased their rain gear last year and have been very happy with it. In hindsight you probably could have gone out to Whitby to try on some Scott jackets to see how they fit before ordering.
Is it a size large? Might be willing to take it off your hands if...
It's starting to get very frustrating using Nexus when returning to Canada at Pearson. When heading into the US there are about 40 Global Entry kiosks which you never have to wait for. When returning to Canada there are 3 iris scan kiosks and 2 are out of order. The line up for Nexus is longer...
He actually spelled it Pegassus, my apologies.
